How to make your own Shea Butter Bath Bombs...
- Firstly, prepare your area by gathering all the necessary equipment needed.
- Once everything is ready, add your shea butter to a mixing jug and pop in the microwave on a low heat to melt.
- Next, in a bowl, add your citric to your bicarbonate of soda and combine.
- Pour in your SLSA, be careful as this is very floaty, then mix together.
- Now add your polysorbate, melted shea butter and fragrance and mix again. Ensuring you break away any lumps that form.
- Split your mixture into two bowls, then sprinkle in your mica and mix to get your preferred colour. We created two different shades of pink.
- Then, you can build your bath bombs, simply layer your two colours into your mould to create your desired pattern. Making sure you pack your bath bombs to ensure they are pressed in completely.
- Next, carefully scrape away any excess to leave a flat bottom and leave your bath bombs to set.
- Once fully set, gently remove from your mould. Then you can enjoy your Love Bug Bath Bombs!
