    Good afternoon,
I've started making shampoo bars using all your ingredients, I'm wanting to create my cpsr but am a little confused as to whether I am meant to put the 3 soap fragrances on one form? Could you clarify this please?
    Many Thanks
    Jessica

Can you please tell me how long it takes for a CPSR order to go through once submitted and paid please?

Replied by: Ellie Major On 2023-10-18 Hello, thank you for commenting. It varies through out the year, our usual process takes 1-2 weeks. Due to the Christmas rush it is currently 3 weeks.

  • Using clear and white soap bases

Hi there. I am new to CPSR. I am wanting to start a business for soap. I am using products from your business. I have come up with three recipes. 2 of them use a clear base and one uses a white base. Do I have the clear base and white base recipes separately or can I put them both in one report.

Replied by: Ellie Major On 2023-05-16 Hello, thank you for commenting. In order to complete a CPSR you require a base recipe, this then stays the same and you can have 'variations' which can be no more than a 10% difference of your base recipe. This is usually colour and/or fragrance. So, you would need two CPSRs, one with your clear base, which has two variations and then another CPSR with your white base. I hope this helps, if you need any more assistance please email cpsr@thesoapkitchen.co.uk and our team will be happy to help.

  • Using Goat Milk instead of Water

Hi, I just started using the CPRS generator, when I came across a bit of a problem. The form was asking for the amount of water that we add to our recipe, however we don’t use waters, we use goat milk! Is it still possible to have a CPRS done for us? And if so how?
    Cheers,
