Returns Policy

All customers have the right to cancel their website order within 14 days. If not satisfied with any goods received, customers may return the item/s within 14 days and receive a full refund of the cost of those goods including outward shipping, provided they remain in merchantable condition and are in original packaging. To return any order or part of an order please request down a copy of our returns form to include with the return.

The cost of returning any goods under the above circumstances will be paid by the customer UNLESS the goods were sent in error. When a customer has completed an order on our website and has completed payment for that order it can be assumed that the order itself has not been placed in error. Any items incorrectly supplied to the customer can be considered supplied in error where they do not match the description of goods at time of purchase.
Damaged goods and/or shortages MUST be advised within 7 days of receipt. Damaged goods will be replaced Free Of Charge. Any shortages will be shipped as soon as possible at no further cost. In this instance, any return costs (if applicable) will be refunded by The Soap Kitchen.
Where a customer places a special order, either for a non-stock/bespoke item or for a quantity of a stock line that exceeds our normal selling quantity, we are unable to accept cancellation or return of this item nor would we offer any refund.
