Important... Max temp for fill 65 degC. To help prevent distortion when using plastic moulds with melt and pour soap, support your mould in a bed of sand or other fine granular material when filling. Always wash your mould thoroughly after use to remove any fragrance residue which othwise may reduce the life of your mould. Always slightly under-fill your mould to approx 2 mm below the top, leaving a space to aid removal of the finished soap. When removing the soap, invert the mould and press firmly onto a flat surface. The soap will gently release from the mould, dropping into the void. Always remove soap from the mould when it is completely cold and as hard as possible. With certain softer soap bases it can help to refrigerate the soap to harden it as much as possible. Do not freeze. Plastic moulds become brittle when too cold resulting in the mould breaking when removing the soap. Look after your mould for maximum useful life.
