Organic deodorised cocoa butter is similar in appearance and properties to regular deodorised cocoa butter but from an organic source.
The organic cocoa butter is produced by mechanical pressing of the cocoa beans. The beans are slightly roasted and then mechanically pressed to yield the oil.
The oil is then filtered using a muslin cloth and the resulting oil goes into a container which then solidifies .
