Vouchers are sent by email to the person placing the order. Each email contains a unique code to enter on our website and a printable PDF gift voucher containing the same code which can be printed and sent as a gift if desired.

To redeem the voucher simply enter the code into the 'Coupon Code' field when checking out of our website and the full value of the voucher will be deducted from the cart total (including VAT). Order value must equal or exceed voucher value excluding shipping cost.

It is only possible to redeem one voucher code per order. Cannot be redeemed against shipping cost. Please select the appropriate voucher amount to ensure no more than one voucher needs redeeming against a single order.
