PEPPERMINT FOOT CREAM

A very simple recipe for making a soothing and rejuvenating foot cream.

YOU'LL NEED.....
1) A small mixing bowl
2) Kitchen scales
3) A suitable sized storage tub or jar
4) A small (60g) ointment jar with lid (or multiples of).

INGREDIENTS
Moisturising Cream, light. available as a base to buy on-line
2% Peppermint Oil
A few drops of our Blue Liquid Colour

HOW TO.....
Measure out the desired quantity of cream base.

Knowing the weight of the cream base, measure out 2% in weight of Peppermint Essential Oil and add to the cream base.

Using a spoon or a whisk simply agitate the cream base until the peppermint oil has completely dispersed.

Add a few drops of blue liquid colour and stir until a 'cool' pale blue colour is achieved.

Using a small spoon, fill the small jar/s with the finished cream, storing any excess in a suitable tub or larger jar ready for re-filling.
