INSTRUCTIONS FOR BARTERCARD HOLDERS

We are usually happy to accept on-line orders from Bartercard holders. All we ask is that they are orders for own use or as gifts, not excessively large orders for re-sale. We do not sell at trade prices on Bartercard.

To buy on-line with Bartercard is very simple. Just use our on-line shopping cart as you would with your credit or charge card and when you check-out, select the 'send credit card details separately' option. You will then get to print your order details onto a sheet which has space to enter your card details for faxing or mailing separately. Enter your bartercard details AND YOUR FAX NUMBER and email/post/fax to us.

You may also wish to send in a Bartercard Slip with all your card details entered ready for us to enter the cost of the order and our Bartercard details. You can download a PDF of this HERE. Then simply fill it in with your card details and fax/email us (numbers below).

Important. From time-to-time we experience problems in spending the B£'s ourselves, so on occasions we may reluctantly have to refuse to accept payment on Bartercard.
